Fathers Day Poems. More than a Dad.

Dad

Show how much you care with a Fathers day poems. Fathers are special in their own unique way. If something rhymes, then maybe it should be sung.

There’s one day out of the year that is just for them. A day to show are thanks, not only with what we say, it’s what we can do for them.

They are always there for us, especially when life brings its hard times. They give us strength in there own words and doing something for us, makes them happy.

What ever they do for us or say to us, we will never forget. It’s a memory, I’ve seen in others who lost there fathers, it’s like a vision they will carry with them for the rest of there lifes.

They have birthdays to sit back and relax. This day is one that is only for them and do whatever they want to do. It’s also a day to show them we care.

All year long they are there, behind us in there own way. This one day, if not more, giving them a reminder that they are the best is the least we could do.

A poem on a piece of paper, or maybe in a frame on the wall can be a way to show our fathers, we care. It’s there for them to see everyday.

I know God looks over my father, almost like he looks over his loved ones. Writing this poem was a way for me to show him, he is loved.

What if everyday was sunny and warm, just for them? To me, that would mean the lord has blessed them with a warm, wide open, sunny sky.

I hope you enjoy this poem, “Dad”
